Please read the following information carefully. If you use the website and purchase products, you hereby undertake and agree to the following terms and conditions.
ALL ORDERS MUST BE DESPATCHED TO THE CARD HOLDERS OR PAYPAL HOLDERS SHIPPING ADDRESS.
You can order the products displayed on this website online using the shopping cart and pay for your goods with a credit / debit card, Paypal, cheque, postal order or direct bank transfer.
All orders that you place on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these terms and conditions.
The 'confirmation' stage sets out the final details of your order. Following this, we will send to you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered. Please note that this email is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from Gadgt Box
Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on despatch to you of the products ordered, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled it (please refer to Returns and Refunds).
If we discover an error in pricing of the goods in your order, we will inform you as soon as possible, using the contact details you supply us, and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you within seven days, we will cancel the order. In the event of an order being cancelled, any payment made for the goods will be refunded in full.
All products are available while stocks last. If we are unable to supply a particular item that you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as we can after receiving your order.
You will be notified of the delivery costs automatically before you pay for the goods. Delivery charges are calculated based upon weight, shipping method and destination.
You can pay by Visa, MasterCard or by Maestro / Switch, Solo, Delta, Connect, Electron and Paypal using our shopping cart. To ensure that shopping on-line is secure, your credit/debit details will be encrypted to minimise the possibility of someone being able to read your details as they are sent to us over the Internet. You may also pay by cheque, postal order and bank transfer if you so wish. We do not store your credit card details on our server, and they are used once to authorise your transaction.
We can deliver goods to destinations within the UK and EU. Please note that shipping charges to the EU are significantly higher than the UK and are non-refundable in any circumstances.
Royal mail items ie under 1.9kg are delivered to the householde address, Gadget Box will not accept any responsibility for items that arrive at the address intended, but are not signed for by the intended reciepient. GADGET BOX treat a signed for parcel as completion of contract between ourselves and the customer. Should you wish to upgrade your order to insured signed for courier please insert a note into the notes box, when checking out. Gadget Box send as much through the royal mail network so as to lower the cost of the shipping to you. However products over £20.00 or 2kg in weight will automatically be despatched via the Parcel Force or Royal Mail Network
We aim to deliver goods to destinations in the UK within 7 days in most circumstances. Orders are dispatched by Courier, depending upon the weight and value of your purchase.
We aim to despatch goods to destinations in the EU within 7 days in most circumstances. Orders are dispatched as a small packet with International Signed For or Airsure services depending upon the weight or value. Sorry, we are unable to despatch goods outside of the UK and EU at this time.
Non delivery of product
Gadget Box will take full responsibility of the item untill it reached its final destination ie. the address used at checkout. Should you find that we have provided you a tracking number but the product has not arrived after 7 days, please make us aware of the issue so that we can deliver a replacement.
Where delivery is to be made by instalments, each delivery shall be deemed for such purpose to be the subject of a separate contract and any failure whatsoever by the seller in respect of any one delivery shall not entitle the buyer to repudiate the contract or any instalments remaining to be delivered thereunder.
Distance Selling Regulations
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any of our items within seven days of delivery. This applies to all of our products unless they are bespoke or custom developed to ours or your specification.
To cancel they contract, please return the goods to us unused, unopened and in "as new" condition, giving the reason for the return as "Contract cancellation". Your refund will be processed, less delivery costs, within 30 days.
Should the goods be used or not in "as new" condition, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee or alternatively can arrange to return the goods to you at your cost.

Please ensure that you have requested a return authorisation number via your Gadget Box My Account section and you clearly display this return number on packaging when returning the product.
Any returns recieved without a returns number and not to the adress above maybe disposed of after 7 days if not claimed.
Should, for any reason, you be unhappy with the products ordered, please see the following returns conditions. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
If you return the product (having taken reasonable care of it, complete with packaging and all components, and returned to us in "as new" condition) within 30 days of the date on which you received it, we will refund you any money which you have paid us for the product. Please allow up to 30 days for refunds to be processed. Please note that postage costs are non-refundable. If we deem that the product has been used and not in "as new" condition, we will contact you and give you the option of:
* Returning the goods to you at your cost
* Refunding the cost of the product less a restocking fee of 25%
Faulty Goods- Dead on Arrival
If you return an item to us which is faulty, we will need the goods to be sent back to us for testing and, if appropriate, replacement.
Prior to sending the goods back to us, please ensure that you have requested a return authorisation number. To do this, please call us for a number for return
It is your responsibility to ensure that the goods reach us safely and we usually recommend that you send items back to us via an insured, signed for, postal method such as Recorded Delivery or Royal Mail Standard Parcels with an appropriate level of insurance.
When we have received the goods, we will test them and if found to be faulty we will refund the basic cost of posting the item back to us via the accepted postal methods described above.
If a product fails during the warranty period, it may be that the manufacturer operates a repair or replacement scheme and you must contact us prior to sending the product back. Please request a return authorisation number.
If we do ask you to return the item to us, it is your responsibility to ensure that the goods reach us safely and we recommend that you send items back to us via an insured, signed for, postal method such as Recorded Delivery or Royal Mail Standard Parcels with an appropriate level of postal insurance.
When we have receive the goods, we will test them and if found to be faulty we will either send the product back to the manufacturer for repair (which can take up to 30 days to process) or send our a replacement product to the same or higher specification.
If your package arrives damaged, please sign for it as "damaged" and contact us immediately. Please do not return the item to us without speaking to us first and please contact us within three days of receiving the parcel, otherwise we cannot claim on our couriers insurance and as such your claim will not be valid.
Incorrect Goods Received
In the unlikely event that you have received an incorrect product or quantity, please contact us. This must be actioned within 3 days of receipt. Please state which products you have received, any codes or part numbers on the outside of the packaging and any other relevant information. Please do not open the inner packaging for incorrect items.
Refused Delivery / Goods Not Collected / Goods Not Called For
If you refuse a delivery, and the goods are returned to us, we will refund the order less any direct costs to us for the return. For UK courier deliveries, there is a £15 surcharge to return a package to us.
Postage costs to return unwanted goods or warranty returns are non-refundable. If you purchase product from a shop you would have to pay for transport to and from the shop to exchange it.
We will not be held liable for any losses resulting from your use or the inability to use our website or resulting from unauthorised access to, or alteration of your transmissions or data in circumstances which are beyond our control.
We will not be responsible for loss of profits, wasted expenditure, corruption or destruction of data or any other loss which does not directly result from something we have done wrong.
We make no promise that our website will be uninterrupted or entirely error free. Because of the nature of the Internet, the shopping online service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not responsible to you if we are unable to provide our Internet services for any reason beyond our control.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
